.....for Sarah's cards Ltd. I had the lovely warm and rich tones of the gorgeous October kit to play with and so far, I've done a three layouts with the kit:-
Firstly, I did a layout of a trip down to Trentham Monkey Forest near Stoke a few weeks ago. Those little Barbary Macaques are just so cute and not shy at all!
Secondly, as its Autumn and so close to Halloween, I had to put a pumpkin in there somewhere!!
And thirdly, talking of pumpkins, here is a little gorgeous pumpkin pie!
My obsession at the moment, as you may probably tell, is UTEEing with my melt-pot so I just had to pop a few of my own UTEE embellishments on these somewhere! :) Check back again soon as I'm using this kit to make up some of my christmas cards - the colours of this kit are just so perfect for the luxurious traditional style! :) Thanks for looking.

A Few of My Favourite Things
Its DCM Friday and Kathy has set the dare - "These are a few of my favourite things".
Firstly, I interpreted this to mean use 5 of one of your favourite things, so I used 5 adhesive gems on my card. Then I realised that it was to use 5 different things on your card! doh! But luckily, I have got 5 of the things I like to use a lot - adhesive gems, ribbon, drawing, patterned paper and inking! Phew!!
The paper is from Anna Griffin's Darcy collection and thanks for looking. :)

Mucking About
Ok, I need to organise a bit better. I missed this week's DCM dare because we had visitors, but before they came, I did have another play and muck around with my melt pot (what took me so long to take this excellent piece of kit out of the packaging??).
You'll see on my previous two posts that I used UTEE embellishments made with the pot.......well, I've made a few more and I've also slopped some UTEE all over white foam thickers for the title.
Papers are by Prima (Steel Toe Mary Jane's collection), the Journal is 8x8 inches and bought from the Papermill shop. Thanks for looking.

Autumn Purple
My turn to set the challenge over at the Daring Cardmakers this week.
As you can tell by the title and photo, the theme is purple. Click here for the details.

I've used Rose from Louly's Pixie collection, coloured with copics, paper is Basic Grey Eva collection and I've been using my melt pot to make a few embellishments. Thanks for looking. :)

Whoopy Doooooooooo.........
Its DCM Friday today, but firstly, I've got some rather exciting news! :) I'm now a member of the Sarah's Cards Ltd Design Team (whooo hoooo!!) and I've just received my first kit to play with and as you can probably tell I'm rather pleased and excited and can't wait to get stuck in! :)
The dare this week is a team dare - "We're Folding" and the order of the week is to use a folding technique on your card. I've folded (or pleated) a couple of flowers and then used some UTEE to gloop and splodge in the centre. I've also made a large UTEE button and little gems :-
